Program Details

Completing the RPTT program at Quantum Movement Studio is a rigorous and comprehensive experience, open to those who are new to Classical Pilates as well as those who have completed a different program. All trainees also fulfill their program requirements as an Apprentice at Quantum Movement Studio.

 

Primary Pilates Training Program

$5,750

For those who are new to Classical Pilates, the Primary program is the place to start. This program offers 600+ hours of training over 30 weeks and covers the complete system of exercises created by Joseph Pilates.

Bridge Pilates Training Program

$4,500

Pilates professionals who have graduated from another program are invited to join as a Bridge or Graduate Apprentice. Bridge trainees will complete 450+ hours of study over 30 weeks.

 
 

Whether you are here to learn the Classical Pilates System for the first time, or seek to deepen your studies by bridging from another program, you will follow a 30-week Pilates teacher training program, attend all four seminar weekends and complete both practical and academic requirements. In addition, all RPTT trainees will complete their Apprenticeship, Mentorship and Training requirements at Quantum Movement Studio.

 
 

Apprenticeship, Mentorship and Training at QMS

$4,200

As part of the Real Pilates Teacher Training program, trainees will complete their Apprenticeship, Mentorship and Training requirements at Quantum Movement Studio. This mandatory element includes:

  • 20 private sessions with a Real Pilates certified teacher

  • 40 semi-private sessions with a Real Pilates certified teacher

  • Full access to the QMS studio as an Apprentice

  • Observation of client sessions with senior certified teachers,

  • Practice teaching under the observation of a Real Pilates certified teacher

  • Regular feedback on your progress

  • Informative weekly Apprentice meetings

  • QMS studio access for your personal practice.

You will also participate in a personal Mentorship with Shelly Ruggiano, the Owner of QMS, to ensure that you complete the Real Pilates Teacher Training program with the professionalism and business sense required to succeed physically, emotionally and financially as you begin your new career.
